About the Presenter:
Mark Roche is Vice President for North America Customer Energy Efficiency Solutions at Alternative Energy Applications, with 37 years of experience across energy management, power generation, utilities, and regulatory activities. A former U.S. Navy officer and instructor, he has since held leadership roles in electric and gas utilities and has extensive expertise in DSM program development, grid management, and service delivery. Since 1998, he has been deeply involved in advancing energy education, serving as a Certified Energy Manager instructor, program leader, and course author on smart grid operations and business impacts.
